1st Lecture Series on New frontiers in Cultural Economics PDF Print E-mail

 The Research Center Silvia Santagata organizes the First Lecture Series on "New frontiers in Cultural Economics" that will be held from next September. Distinguished scholars in cultural economics will present their works in Turin.

Third guest lecturer: Mr Anthony G. Bigio, Senior Urban Specialist of the World Bank, presents "Prospects for the World Bank in the field of cultural development projects".

Report on the economic and cultural impact of the brand "World Heritage of UNESCO" PDF Print E-mail

The aim of the research is to study the economic and cultural impact of the brand "World Heritage of UNESCO.  The research is conducted by CSS-Ebla in collaboration with Ebla Centre on behalf of the italian Ministry of Cultural heritage and activities and the Department of Economics "Cognetti de Martiis".

Following a preliminary analysis on the theory of collective marks, a survey on the value of the Unesco World Heritage Brand will be carried out, using as case studies Val d'Orcia-Pienza, Val di Noto and Savoy Residences in Piedmont.
